Our Process
Step 1: Make your trip request.
Schedule a quick call on our calendar or send us an email with your contact information and a good time to chat. You can also complete this quick information form.
Step 2: We get in touch.
Next, it’s time to dive into the details. We will get to know one another as we talk and learn what you’re looking for. We'll also share what you can expect from us.
Step 3: We research your trip options.
We take what we've learned from our chat and get to work. We will research and curate the best options for you to approve.
Step 4: We share trip options with you.
Once we have the best options based on our conversation, we'll present these for your approval. If we need to modify details, we will continue to research until we get it right for you.
Step 5: It’s time to book.
After everything is agreed upon, it’s time to make it official. We will book everything you’ve chosen for your vacation package.
Step 6: Preparing for travel.
Don’t worry, we're here for you! Between booking and travel, we will be in contact. We will remind you of time-sensitive obligations, make sure you have your confirmation numbers, travel documents, etc. We expect you will have questions along the way and we're glad to answer those! We’re always reachable by email or phone.
Step 7: It’s time for take-off!
We proudly offer client assistance during travel and will follow your travel progression along the way. Remember, we’re available at all times in the event of any emergencies.
Step 8: Welcome home, happy travelers!
After travel, we will follow up to see how your vacation went. We encourage you to leave a review on our Facebook page and join the Cruisin’ with the Drennans crew!
